As of Lately

April 3, 2011...I have not wrote a new blog in a while!  We have been pretty busy the last month or so.  Some highlights:

* Laney had her 4 month check up.  She weighs 14 pounds 15 ounces, and is 24 3/4 inches long.  She only cried for a minute after her shots, and then with a cuddle from Mom, she was fine.

* The kiddo's and I took a Spring Break trip to Las Cruces, New Mexico to see my parents.  I will write a blog about our trip.

* Connor, James and I all have a cold.  Poor little man does not feel good.  Laney has yet to get it, and I hope it will stay way.

* We finally found a permanent baby sitter.  A mom down the block is keeping Connor and Laney M/F for a few hours.

* The weather is finally getting better :-)  This means "operation loose the baby weight" can now take place!

* I bought a new pair of jeans, however they are now too big.  However, had I bought the smaller size they would be too small.

* I am really feeling strongly about Grad School again.  I really want a career, and working at bank answering phones is not exactly the career path I envision for my self.

* I did not get my camera, and am seriously disappointed. James got a new car instead, and I am glad I no longer have to drive his truck.

* I now have a sewing machine.  Hopefully I can teach my self to use it!
